Admissions and Records
The Office of Admissions and Records is the first line of contact for individuals pursuing higher education and is the custodian of students’ records. The office adheres to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) federal guidelines and State policies relative to protecting the privacy of students’ educational records. The office processes students’ applications and enrollment data, informs students of available program offerings, disseminates programmatic literature to prospective students, and verifies student eligibility for specific certificate and degree programs. In addition, this office facilitates registration each semester for credit classes and dual enrollment, maintains integrity of student records and authenticates students’ academic data. The Office of Admissions and Records prepares student transcripts, evaluates academic transcripts for transfer credit, records grades, plans and implements commencement, analyzes enrollment and demographic statistics, and assists with preparation of college catalogs.
The Office of Admissions and Records is available to students on both the Trenholm and Patterson campuses. Click here for more information on the admissions process and dual enrollment.
