Spring Semester 2010 Information
COMPASS
The Compass Assessment Test is given on a walk-in basis Tuesdays on the Trenholm Campus between 10:30 am and 11:00 am and Wednesdays on the Patterson Campus between 12:00 and 12:30 pm. Prior to testing, an Application for Admission must be on file in the Office of Admissions and Records. A photo ID will be required before taking the assessment.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Transcripts may be obtained in the Office of Admissions and Records on either campus on Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am - 11:30 am.
Requests may also be submitted by mail or fax and should include the following information: Student’s signature; student’s full name and/or name used while in attendance; a copy of student’s picture ID; current address; daytime telephone number; Student ID number or Social Security Number; graduation date; years and campus attended; and the name and address of the party to receive the transcript. Please note that students who graduated prior to 1990 should allow two weeks for requests to be processed.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
All prospective students must provide the following documents for admission to the College: A completed Application for Admission; an Alabama Driver’s license or photo ID; official transcripts from high school and every college/university previously attended and official G.E.D. scores. Students must also complete the Compass Assessment test before registering for classes.
