ADMISSION CHECK LIST
- Submit Trenholm State application online.
- Submit Residency Form and Valid Govt. Issued Photo ID.
- Submit an unexpired, government-issued photo ID by mail or email.
- Submit official high school or GED transcript documenting graduation.
- Submit official college transcripts from all previously attended colleges.
Admission Status Types: There are two types of admission status:
- Unconditional Status: Students who have submitted all required documentation may be admitted as unconditional status.
- Conditional Status: Students who have not submitted all required documentation may be admitted as conditional status.
Failure to provide documentation by the end of the first semester, as determined by local institutional calendars, will prevent a student from future registration and official transcript release.
Your admissions status will be emailed to you weekly, along with other important enrollment information. Continue to check your email frequently. Admission inquiries can be directed to admissions@trenholmstate.edu or 334-420-4200.
MyTrenholm Login Credentials: 24-48 business hours after submitting your Residency Form and Valid ID, you will have access to your Trenholm student email account and your "MyTrenholm" student portal. Login instructions will be sent to you via the email provided when you completed the admissions application.
Additional Resources
Students may enter the college at the beginning of each term: Fall (August), Spring (January), or Summer (May). Prospective students are encouraged to apply for admission to the college well in advance of the term for which they wish to enroll.

Adult Education
- All students who have earned a high school diploma or GED are eligible for admission. Any applicant without a high school diploma or GED is encouraged to contact the Adult Education Department by calling 334-420-4348 or 334-420-4351.

Policy Statement
It shall be the policy of Trenholm State Community College to admit all students who meet the established admissions criteria on a first-come, first-served basis. Admissions decisions will be made without regard to an applicant’s race, color, disability, sex, religion, creed, national origin, or age. This policy grants admissions to first-time college students, transfer students, transient students, audit students, accelerated high school students, dual enrolled students and international students, as well as students seeking re-admissions.
