Are you eligible for graduation at the end of the Fall 2021 or Spring 2022 semester?

Candidates for Associate In Arts, Associate In Science, or Associate in Applied Science can now submit their graduation applications via their My Trenholm portal.

Candidates for Certificate or Short Term Certificate must click here to submit their graduation applications.

The Graduation Application has been extended to November 5, 2021!

Submit your Graduation Application before the deadline!

Before completing the online application, candidates should consult with their academic advisor to verify which courses are needed to meet degree requirements. For additional questions about degree requirements, please see the TSCC Catalog and your Degree Plan.

You must fill out the application completely. If there are discrepancies with the information listed, please contact the Office of Records or your academic advisor for assistance.

Your responsibility is to notify the Office of Records if your local mailing address changes after submitting your application for a degree.

The prospective graduate’s responsibility is to ensure that all financial obligations to Trenholm State have been met. Students can monitor any updates via their My Trenholm portal. Students with any financial Holds will NOT receive their degree or certificate.

If you do not take, pass, or receive a grade in a course(s) indicated on your Graduation Application, your degree/certificate will not be transcripted. Please check with your academic advisor to discuss your options.

You must complete the Graduate Survey and the Career Employment Survey as part of the Online Graduation clearance process.

If all degree requirements are not complete at the end of the semester in which a student applies for graduation, students will be required to submit another online graduation application.

Graduation Application Process

  1. Click on the My Trenholm Students button at the top of the page.
  2. Go to My Trenholm Portal
  3. Near the top of the page, click on the Student Tab.
  4. Under the Student Section, click on Student Landing Page.
  5. Under Student Services, click on Graduation Application.


Frequently Asked Questions



The graduation fee is $25.00 and is applied to your student account when you submit a graduation application.


You must pay the non-refundable $25.00 Graduation Application Fee via Touchnet in your SSB portal to have your application processed. Students who receive benefits from programs, such as WIOA, TRA, VA Chapters 31 and 33, should contact their WIOA Coordinator or VA Coordinator for assistance with Graduation Fee payment.


You may submit your graduation application beginning August 19, 2021. The deadline to submit your graduation application is October 8, 2021.


An overall grade point average of 2.0 is required to earn your degree. We recommend you contact the Records Office to discuss eligibility for course forgiveness or academic bankruptcy to help raise your GPA. Note: You may not bankrupt a course that will be applied towards your degree.


Students who have applied for graduation during prior semesters and did not meet the graduation requirements will be required to complete a new online graduation application.


The degree or certificate will be posted to academic transcripts 14 days after classes end.


If you have paid your $25.00 graduation fee, your award will be mailed to the address listed on your graduation application 4-6 weeks after the end of the term.


Trenholm State Community has partnered with Credentials Solutions to accept online transcript orders. Students and alumni can order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination. More information can be found on the Request Transcript page


If your degree has been awarded, your official/unofficial transcripts will list your credentials. You may access online verification of degree completion through National Student Clearinghouse
