Here are the directions to the Trenholm Campus from I-65 North and I-65 South.
From Interstate 65 North:
- Take the US-80 E / US-82 exit- EXIT 168- toward US-231 / SOUTH BOULEVARD / US-331.
- Take the exit on the LEFT toward US-31.
- Turn LEFT onto US-80 W / AL-21 S / AL-8 W / W SOUTH BLVD. Continue to follow AL-21 S / AL-8 W / W SOUTH BLVD.
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto SELMA-MOBILE HWY N / MOBILE HWY N.
- Turn LEFT onto AIR BASE BLVD.
- End at 1225 Air Base Blvd,Montgomery, AL 36108-3105, US
From Interstate 65 South:
- Take the FAIRVIEW AVE exit- EXIT 170
- Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on W FAIRVIEW AVE.
- Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto MOBILE HWY / SELMA-MOBILE HWY.
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto AIR BASE BLVD.
- End at 1225 Air Base Blvd

From Interstate 65 North and South:
- Take the US-80 E/US-82 exit 168 to South Blvd. go 0.2 mi
- Bear right onto the US-80 E/US-82 E ramp to US-331
- Bear right at W South Blvd
- Continue toward Troy Highway
- Turn right at Troy Highway
- Arrive at the Patterson Site
