Ways to Give
Department Information
The Foundation advances the College’s academic vision and strategic priorities by turning private support into meaningful impact for students and the community. As public funding alone is no longer sufficient to meet growing student and workforce needs, private investment is essential to sustaining excellence and expanding opportunity at Trenholm State.
Through the generosity of individuals, faculty, staff, and business and community partners, the Foundation supports scholarships, academic programs, and institutional initiatives that strengthen student success and access to education. Donor support fuels workforce development, economic growth, and community advancement—ensuring Trenholm State continues to prepare students for in-demand careers and improve quality of life across the region. Every gift, regardless of size, creates lasting impact. All contributions are tax-deductible.
Resilience Personal Emergency Assistance Grant
Life happens—and when unexpected challenges arise, Trenholm State Community College is here to help. The Resilience Student Emergency Assistance Program provides short-term financial assistance to students facing unforeseen personal or financial emergencies that could disrupt their education. The goal is simple: to help students stay enrolled, focused, and on track toward achieving their academic and career goals.
Eligible expenses include essential educational costs such as tuition, fees, books, supplies, and required tools or equipment. The fund may also assist with urgent financial challenges such as housing or living expenses, transportation or car repairs, childcare needs, family emergencies, natural disasters, and unexpected loss of employment. Limited funding for these needs is available with appropriate documentation.
Support The Council Pantry
The Trenholm State Foundation, in partnership with the Council Food Pantry, is committed to supporting students whose lives have been disrupted by hardship. Community donations play a vital role in ensuring students have consistent access to nutritious food, helping them stay focused
on their studies and continue progressing toward graduation. By giving to the pantry, our community directly strengthens student well-being, stability, and long-term success.
