Payment Options
Students paying with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.) must access their student portal and follow these instructions for payment:
How To Pay Tuition and Fees Online
Online payments are seamlessly processed through the My Trenholm Portal. To access the portal, follow these steps:
- Click on “Login” at the top of the page.
- Select the “My Trenholm Students Portal” button.
- Log in using your Trenholm email address and password.
Remember, registration is not complete until tuition and fees have been paid. Students with unpaid tuition and fees are subject to being dropped from their courses at any time.
- Select the Student tab, click on Student Account, click on Account Summary, and then click on Credit Card Payment (and follow instructions).
- The graduation fee should also be paid through your student portal.
Credit card payments will be accepted by phone. Contact information is listed.
Students Paying with Cash or Personal Checks Only!
Please bring your cash or check payment to the location according to the days/times listed.

Wednesday & Thursday – 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon & 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Friday – 7:30 to 1:00 a.m.
For Truck Driving and/or Adult Ed Students:
The Cashier’s Office accepts credit cards, cash, and the exact amount on personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks for Tuition, Road Tests, WorkKeys & ACCUPLACER.
