Strada Scholars is a part of a nationwide scholars program aimed at leadership development, academic success and critical social engagement.

Application Deadline: April 30, 2024

The program focuses on 3 aspects:

• Leadership: Students selected for this program are identified as leaders and will engage in social issues within the community.
• Internship: To provide progressive learning experiences to prepare students for the 21^st century workforce.
• Scholarship: To support students and families to breakdown financial barriers to allow persistence and completion.

Requirements

• Must be an incoming freshman (no prior post-secondary college or university experience)
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student (12 or more hours)
• Must participate in mentoring and career coaching activities during participation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0
