Whether you’re starting a new career, earning an industry credential, or upgrading your skills, Trenholm State Workforce Development offers short-term training designed to prepare you for today’s workforce. Our programs are designed to help you gain the skills employers need—often in just a few weeks.
Before You Register
Each course listing includes the appropriate registration method. All Workforce courses do not require admission to Trenholm State. You do not need to apply to the college or submit transcripts—simply create an account and register for your class.
Depending on the program, you may:
- Register online through the course registration link.
- Complete an Interest Form for upcoming classes and, in the case of Skills for Success classes, receive an enrollment link when they are available.
- Contact Workforce Development or the appropriate contact for assistance.
Registration Login Information:
If you have previously taken a Workforce course, you will use the same Elevate username and password to register for another Workforce course.
New Users: Enter your first and last name and email address, then select “New Account.” Click Enroll and Pay to complete registration. Only enter numbers for your Social Security number —do not include dashes.
*You are not officially in a class until payment is made
Returning Users: Scroll to the bottom of the page, select “Sign In,” and log in using the username and password created for a previous Skills for Success or Workforce course.

Tuition and fees are listed with each course. Some programs may qualify for scholarships through Pathways to Prosperity.
We’re continually expanding our workforce offerings. If a program is listed as Coming Soon, join the Interest List to be notified when registration opens.
Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive additional information before class begins, including any orientation requirements, required materials, and classroom details.
Please review our workforce refund policy before registering.
- 100% Refund: Written notice of withdrawal received prior to the first day of class.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the first-class meeting or if written notice is not received prior to the second-class meeting.
