This eight-week program develops essential skills in customer communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and active listening while also providing career-readiness and job-placement support.

Trenholm State Community College Workforce Development and Adult Education offers Digital Literacy classes to help individuals build the essential computer and technology skills needed for employment, education, and everyday life. Using the Northstar Digital Literacy platform, participants can assess their current skills, complete targeted instruction, and demonstrate proficiency in key areas of digital literacy.
